Badoo is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to work on a freelance basis providing efficient customer support via social media, 15-20 hours a week. You’ll be engaging with Badoo users across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, assisting with a range of enquiries including reports of abuse, general questions and corporate enquiries.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide friendly and efficient support across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, as well as responding to product reviews on external platforms
  • Promote Badoo as a personable brand that takes care of its users by resolving all enquiries through our social media accounts
  • Ensure that users feel heard and understood when contacting us by thoroughly reviewing their enquiry and reporting any relevant feedback to Badoo teams
  • Troubleshoot users issues and report any technical issues promptly for resolution
  • Accurately record feedback, topics of conversation and user sentiment for further analysis

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English is a must
  • Accurate spelling & grammar
  • Committed and able to work independently
  • In tune with current events and social media trends
  • Great eye for detail
  • Tech-savvy
  • Multimedia literate with sound computer skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Badoo, as well as social media platforms
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Additional languages are a plus - high level of written and spoken fluency in any and as many of the following: French, Portuguese, German, Polish, Russian or Italian.
