Bumble is looking for an analytical and collaborative Pricing Administrator to contribute to the global pricing strategy & pricing execution across all of Bumble products. The role will sit within our Payments team where you will collaborate with a cross-functional unit and communicate daily with world-class talent from our global teams including BI, Product, Marketing, Payments & Billing, and Engineering who focus on optimising in-app currencies and wider pricing configurations.  

Based in London and reporting into our Payments and Operations Lead, this is a global role working across multiple markets and payment methods.


  • Contribute to the pricing roadmap and strategy 
  • Be part of the cross-functional unit to build the pricing strategy during the user lifecycle
  • Research competitor pricing practices, market trends and new opportunities
  • Adapt pricing strategies in line with internal product shifts and external market factors
  • Work with Data Science and Pricing Lead to build the playbook for market pricing and methodology for pricing optimisation
  • Work closely with user research and comms to build deep customer understanding and communication strategies for pricing optimisations
  • Work closely with the product teams to develop a go-to-market pricing strategy execution for features and subscription products, including internationalisation
  • A/B test setup, monitoring and understanding of results
  • Monitor, examine, constantly improve in house tools to ensure consistent performance as well as identify areas for improvement and new experiments setup
  • Work with the Engineering team to ensure test environments are correctly configured to expedite feature development
  • Support the rest of the team as required 


  • Qualified with a degree in an analytical field (Mathematics/Computer Science or similar) and/or similar experience in a fast paced environment, preferably Mobile/eCommerce based
  • Advanced Excel skills is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding/knowledge of A/B testing
  • Analytical thinking, ability to simplify big/complex projects in small manageable tasks
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to convey thoughts and insights across the business
  • Understanding of pricing strategies, modelling processes and risk management
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally other teams
  • Proven track record of implementing successful pricing, promotion and discount initiatives is not essential but desirable
  • Experience with freemium model and with both consumables and subscription products is not essential but desirable
  • Experience with developer app stores portals (Apple/Google) is not essential but desirable
  • Understanding of SQL is desirable
