Badoo is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Badoo France Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute Badoo’s marketing strategy in France. Based in London and reporting directly to the France Marketing Director, this position will focus on actively developing and executing plans rooted in Badoo’s core mission of date honestly which is articulated in France through ‘’Badoo. Osez être vous’’. 


  • Lead execution of our go-to market strategy to accelerate Badoo growth in France through driving awareness and brand sentiment
  • Develop 360 marketing plans to ensure holisticity across the different marketing touch points
  • Develop and implement a plan to strengthen our  France social media presence to further engage and connect with our community
  • Generate and develop local below the line innovative ideas, as well as working closely with the global team to localise global creative assets
  • Work closely with the paid performance team to ensure creative assets reflect our brand positioning and synergize with our marketing plans
  • Develop a cut-through PR plan, in collaboration with the PR agency, that will deliver hard working earned, shared and paid media
  • Execute an influencer programme - identifying influencers, relationship management, performance and reporting
  • Thoroughly analyse business performance through deep-dive across all the different available metrics to recommend winning action plans
  • Establish relationships with and manage a network of agency partners - setting objectives/goals, ensuring performance against KPIs


  • Strong affinity for the dating & tech industry
  • Fluent in English and French - strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ideally 5-7 years minimum in similar role building and developing a brand in the French market
  • A deep expertise of the French cultural landscape, consumer market and core demographic
  • Strategic 360 approach to marketing, inclusive of all channels, but particularly BTL media channels (social, PR)
  • Experience in managing social media accounts, digital strategies and overall media planning
  • Influencer marketing - identifying influencers, relationship management, reporting tools, performance tracking
  • Experience in handling multiple source of metrics for thorough data analysis
  • Experience working with external agencies
  • Experience in people management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an academic or business specialty
