Bumble is looking for a Product Manager to lead our Experimentation platform at Bumble. Experimentation is at the heart of our product development moving at a fast-pace. As a fully in-house platform that all parts of business heavily rely on to measure product impact and change, you will be responsible for the platform and further development in alignment with business strategy.

You will overlook the processes and experimentation culture, helping to maintain and raise quality. It’s a role to use technology to increase people and business efficiency in business decision making at large scale.


  • Manage cross-functional product development programs, covering a range of teams and tools.
  • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
  • Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
  • Interface with several different Business teams for project requirements and scope.
  • Help drive product and tooling decisions to align with higher company initiatives.
  • Work with Product Management and Engineering on org-level strategic planning and delivery
  • Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Communication and interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team.
  • Help define the roadmap and long term strategy of the team you are working with.


  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing
  • Strong knowledge in analytics, performance metrics, and business acumen
  • Two plus years of project/program management experience
  • Ability or experience to work at scale / Exposure to large-scale systems.
  • Organizational and coordination skills along with multitasking abilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication skills and experience working with technical management teams.
  • Communicate complex information to senior management in a actionable manner
  • Product management experience within an in-house development environment; comfortable communicating with engineers
